—-KIWI PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE

Course: Snack

Yield: 1-2 servings

Cooking time: 10 mins
INGREDIENTS

  1. Peeled Kiwi chunks- 1 cup / 3 kiwis
  2. Fresh pineapple chunks- 1 cup
  3. Honey- 1-2 tbsp.
  4. Fresh Lemon juice-1 tbsp
  5. Crushed Ice cubes-1/2 cup

DIRECTIONS

  • In a blender add all the ingredients along with crushed ice and blend until well combined.
  • Pour into a mason jar or glass and enjoy cold! Its a perfect ‘on the go’ breakfast too!
