Peach Protein Smoothie

Super yummy and healthy smoothie bursting with peach flavor. Gluten free and easy recipe perfect for the summer.


For a pure vegan smoothie, replace Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt or any vegan yogurt. If peaches are not in season you can try this recipe with ripe mangoes which gives a similar rich flavor to the smoothie.

Preparation time: 10 minutes


  1. Low fat Greek Yogurt- 1/2 cup
  2. Frozen/ Fresh Ripe Banana-1
  3. Vanilla Protein powder- 1 tbsp.
  4. Ripe peaches(peeled, pitted and roughly chopped)- 2
  5. Honey/ Maple syrup- 2 tbsp.
  6. Ice cubes- 1/2 cup


  • Blend all the ingredients together with ice cubes in a food processor until well combined and smooth.
  • Pour into a mason jar or serving glass and enjoy cold.
