A healthy and beautiful way to start your mornings. Vanilla yogurt layered with pomegranate and blueberry purees. One of my favorite and easiest breakfast packed with vitamins, antioxidants and proteins.

Blueberry Pomegranate Yogurt Parfait—-
Course: Snack/Breakfast
Yield: 2 servings
Cooking time:10 mins
INGREDIENTS
- Low-fat Vanilla yogurt/coconut yogurt+1 tsp honey – 1 1/2 cup
- Blueberries(fresh/frozen)-1 cup
- Pomegranates-1 cup
- Honey/maple syrup-2-3 tbsp.
- Fresh or frozen berries and pomegranates- for topping
DIRECTIONS
- Blend the blueberries with 1 tbsp. honey and set aside. Repeat the same with pomegranates and 1 tbsp. honey.
- In a serving glass, layer vanilla yogurt with the pomegranate puree and blueberry puree. Top with fresh or frozen blueberries and pomegranates.
- You can also add granola or chopped nuts in your parfait.
- Enjoy cold!
