Simple, delicious and healthy way to start your mornings. Blueberry banana smoothie layered with vanilla low-fat yogurt topped with granola and berries.

It is packed with antioxidents, protien which aids digestion and its a great for snack too!

—-Blueberry Banana Yogurt Parfait—-

Course: Snack/Breakfast

Yield: 2 servings

Cooking time:10 mins
INGREDIENTS

  1. Lowfat Vanilla yogurt – 2 cup
  2. Blueberries(fresh/frozen)-1 cup
  3. Granola-2 tbsp
  4. Honey(optional)-1 tbsp
  5. Banana-1/2

DIRECTIONS

  • Blend the blueberries,banana,honey and 1 cup vanilla yogurt for a minute or until you get a pink colored smoothie consistency.
  • Now in a glass jar, layer the vanilla yogurt and and blueberry banana smoothie.
  • Sprinkle some granola and blueberries on top.
  • Enjoy chilled!
